Server Rules

The golden rule: Treat everyone with respect. Be the best version of yourself and help us build a great community.

Community Standards

  1. Respect everyone. Sexism, racism, harassment, hate speech, and discrimination of any kind are strictly prohibited. Insults and threats toward other players are also not permitted.
  2. Be honest. Do not lie, scam, or mislead other players - this includes selling overpriced items, misrepresenting item rarity, false vending titles, or buying items below their NPC sell price.
  3. Keep it clean. NSFW, obscene, or offensive content is not permitted anywhere, including character names.
  4. No spamming. Flooding any chat channel is not tolerated.
  5. English only in global channels (e.g. #main, #trade, #party). Trade messages belong in #trade only - do not send trade advertisements in #main, #party, or other general channels.
  6. Guild and party chat rules are set by respective leaders. However, core prohibitions (threats, blackmail, sexual harassment, racism, sexism) still apply in all channels without exception.
  7. Do not promote or advertise other servers, in-game or on Discord. Do not speak negatively about other servers either.
  8. Be courteous with staff. When communicating with GMs, please be polite and patient. Do not falsely answer GM questions in an attempt to conceal or misrepresent yourself or your actions. Note that GMs do not respond to general gameplay questions - consult the wiki or ask other players for gameplay assistance.

Accounts & Security

  1. One master account per person. Do not create or use multiple master accounts to bypass restrictions, gain duplicate rewards, or circumvent instance cooldowns. Exceptions are granted to large guilds for managing shared accounts.
  2. Multi-clienting is allowed, but may not be used to bypass restrictions or claim rewards meant to be earned once per player (e.g. WoE rewards, instanced loot).
  3. You are responsible for your account. Lend or share items and access at your own risk. GMs may not always be able to recover stolen items.
  4. Keep your account secure. Your account name and email are required for recovery support. Hacking another player's account is strictly forbidden and may carry criminal responsibility.
  5. GMs will never ask for your password. They may ask for your username, email, IP address, or ISP to verify identity. Report anyone impersonating a GM immediately.
  6. Do not impersonate GMs or speak on their behalf unless directly repeating something they have already said.

Fair Play & Gameplay

  1. No cheating, hacking, or automation. The following are strictly prohibited:
    • Software bots, auto-clickers, timer scripts, auto-feed, auto-wing, anti-AFK, skill-spam clickers, and similar tools (e.g. SickPot, AHK, NodeDelay, WPE)
    • Network packet capture or sniffing tools (e.g. Wireshark)
    • AFK farming using Reflect or Auto-Spell gear
Hardware macros (e.g. Razer Synapse, Logitech G HUB) are permitted, but may not be used to automate gameplay or create bots. You must be actively at your PC and playing at all times - if you're not, you are considered to be botting.
  2. No real-money trading (RMT). Selling accounts or items for real money is strictly prohibited.
  3. GRF edits are allowed (e.g. gray maps, visual skill changes, enlarged mob sprites), but modifications that provide a competitive advantage - such as titan GRFs that make player targeting easier in WoE - are not allowed.
  4. Do not kill steal. A monster belongs to another player if it is attacking, being attacked by, trapped by, or following that player. Do not attack or use area-of-effect attacks that hit another player's monster. If a monster returns to idle, it is free for anyone. MVP and Mini-Boss monsters are exempt - see below.
Use the @noks command to help prevent accidental kill stealing.
  5. Do not grief or obstruct other players. Actions specifically intended to disrupt another player's gameplay are prohibited. This includes:
    • Dropping mobs onto other players
    • Opening Warp Portals near players to forcibly move them without their consent
    • Trapping players using Ice Wall
    • Protecting mobs from others using skills (e.g. Safety Wall, Pneuma)
    • Leaving low-HP mobs on shared maps
    • Casting Kyrie Eleison on another party's tank to remove their Assumptio
    • Using Eske on mobs unless it is genuinely part of your own kill strategy
Note: Clever, strategic skill use that offers counter-play is generally fine - for example, using Safety Wall near an MVP to prevent it from casting Pneuma on itself.
  6. MVP and Mini-Boss monsters are free-for-all - meaning no player or group can claim exclusive rights to an MVP spawn. However, free-for-all does not mean anything goes. All standard rules of conduct still apply, and griefing other players during MVP competition is still prohibited. Specifically:
    • Do not use an MVP to deliberately kill players who are not competing for it (e.g. those leveling or farming nearby)
    • Once an MVP is dead, competition ends. Do not use skills to prevent other players from reaching the loot
    • Do not block an MVP's tombstone with your character, pet, or homunculus
    • Repeatedly teleporting an MVP to deny others a fair opportunity to engage it is prohibited
  7. Do not disrupt players in WoE or Battlegrounds with spam tactics. Repeatedly sending trade requests, party invites, or private messages to opponents to distract them during WoE or BG is not permitted. In Battlegrounds specifically:
    • Circumventing AFK detection to farm Bravery Coins without actively playing is prohibited
    • Staying in spawn points to delay the match is prohibited
    • Encouraging other players to delay or stall a match is prohibited
If you are not going to play as intended, do not queue.
  8. Do not block or reserve vending spots. Occupying a vending location without actively vending, or opening an empty shop solely to hold a spot, is not permitted.
  9. Guild emblems must be clearly visible in WoE. Transparent or misleading emblems will result in immediate action.

Exploits & Violations

  1. Report exploits privately to a GM. Players who report exploits will be rewarded. Players who abuse them will be punished.
  2. If you witness a rule violation, submit a report via the Support Ticket system. Reports submitted through other means may not be acted on. When submitting evidence:
    • Screenshots must clearly show the violating player's nickname and must not be edited.
    • Chat should be at maximum height in screenshots
    • If submitting video, include only the relevant portion - do not submit lengthy recordings

Consequences

Violations may result in any of the following, depending on severity:

  • Temporary or permanent account ban
  • Temporary or permanent IP ban
  • In-game jail
  • Temporary or permanent WoE or BG ban
  • Discord or in-game mute
  • Confiscation of items

GMs reserve the right to modify these rules at their discretion.
