Halloween Haunt
Halloween Haunt (2026)
The Halloween Haunt is a seasonal town map packed with small daily events, a barter shop and the entrance to the Halloween Dungeon. Most events pay out in Spooky Coins, the Haunt's own currency, which the Halloween Merchant trades for costumes, consumables and a pet.
The daily events are limited once per day per Master Account and reset at 00:00 UTC. The Spooky Machine is the exception: one go every 12 hours.
Getting there: talk to the Jack-o'-Lantern in the pub .

Bobbing for Apples
A barrel of cold water with apples floating on top. Choose Dunk your head in! and a 3-second bar runs above your head (moving cancels it).
- 33% chance to come up with the prize apple: 25 Spooky Coins.
- A miss costs nothing and can be retried immediately.
- Only a win counts as your daily claim.
Dusty Old Boxes
Three dusty wooden boxes are tucked away in corners of the Haunt. Rummaging through one takes a 3-second bar.
- 50% of the time you find 10 Spooky Coins and that box is done for the day.
- The other 50% something bites you or the lid slams shut: you lose 15% of your Max HP (this can kill you), get nothing, and may try that box again straight away.
- Each box has its own daily claim, so all three can be emptied every day.
Trick or Treat
Stand in front of Jakk and say trick or treat in normal chat. Once per day he answers with a coin flip:

The stat and HP/SP treats and the monster form are removed on entering any WoE castle or joining Battlegrounds; the EXP treat is kept.
Plants vs Zombies
Farmer John's pumpkin patch, just west of him, is full of Zombies. They have 5 HP, take 1 damage from any hit.
- Talk to Farmer John to start a run.
- Kill 5 Zombies in the patch. Kills only count while your run is active.
- The fifth kill pays 25 Spooky Coins on the spot and ends the run for the day.
A run that is left unfinished stays active until you complete it.
Pub Cat Ghosts
The pub cats only ever wanted to be petted, and every adventurer who walked into the pub took a swing at them instead. A handful of them now drift around the Haunt as ghosts, still waiting for a scratch behind the ears.
Ten ghost cats wander the area around . They cannot be attacked.
- Click a ghost cat and choose Pet the cat.
- Hold still for the 4-second bar (moving cancels it).
- The cat purrs, fades away content, and leaves you 25 Spooky Coins.
A new cat drifts in a few seconds after one is set free. The coins are paid once per day per Master Account. After that you can keep petting cats to set them free, just without the reward. A cat someone else is already petting has to be left alone until they finish.
Poring Surprise
Pay 50,000 zeny for a daily ticket into a room full of Halloween Porings (Surprise Marin, Surprise Deviling and Surprise Ghostring: 10 HP, 1 damage per hit, harmless). Your first 3 kills each roll one prize; the third sends you back to the Haunt. Unused kills stay on the ticket if you leave early or disconnect.

You must have room for every prize on the table before a kill counts. Old Card Album and the Halloween Box are announced server-wide.
Transformation Scrolls
Each scroll turns you into a monster for 20 minutes with a small buff attached. They cannot be used in WoE castles or Battlegrounds, and an active form is removed on entry.

Spooky Machine
Requires Base Level 90. The machine hands you a Cracked Buckler; equip it and talk again to refine it over and over until it breaks. The refine it broke at decides your prize.

Halloween Dungeon
The portal at leads to a two-floor dungeon (Niflheim Dungeon F1 and F2). Both floors are open to everyone; two stairways on the far side of F1 lead down to F2 and back.
Every monster in the dungeon drops Card Scraps at card rate (0.05%). Ten Card Scraps trade for an Old Card Album at the Halloween Merchant.

Fighting Death Witch
The dungeon boss spawns at a fixed spot on Floor 2 and returns 6 hours after being killed. Besides the usual MVP drops she has a chance to drop a Scatleton Crate (the same pet sold by the merchant) and drops Card Scraps like the rest of the dungeon.
She casts Water Ball and Frost Nova at level 10, Hell Judgement, Dark Thunder, and wide-area Silence, Freeze, Sleep, Curse and Stun, and teleports away when attacked from range while idle. Bring status resistance.
