Individual Loot Maps

Individual Loot Maps provide loot for everyone in the party at the normal drop rate (the same you'd see in @mi).

On these maps, if your autoloot settings determine that you would not loot the item, then the item is not created (as opposed to dropped where the mob was killed on a normal map). If, however, you cannot receive the item for another reason (such as a full inventory or overweight), the item is dropped at your feet.

MVPs on Individual Loot Maps

MVPs do not roll individual loot: the Bio Lab 3 bosses on lhz_dun03 and Ifrit on thor_v03 keep the normal shared drop rules, and MVP reward items always go to the MVP player only.

The exception is the Coelacanths on Malangdo 2. Their regular drops are rolled individually by the party of the player awarded the MVP (the top damage dealer), not the party of whoever landed the killing blow.
