Note: thor_v04 and thor_v05 have been swapped. The harder southern lava tube map with boss monsters (Diamond Salamander, Blue Flamed Obsidian, Light-Refracting Golem) is now thor_v05 (Level 5) and the easier northern lava tube map is now thor_v04 (Level 4). All references in the patch notes below use the new map names.

  • Mobs in thor_v05 are no longer immune to all but one DPS type; they instead take 20% damage from all but one DPS type.
  • Spawns in thor_v05 are now a random mob instead of a fixed mob.
  • Spawns in thor_v05 return to their fixed spawn point when more than 20 cells away, and now respawn after 60 seconds.
  • thor_v04 is now an Individual Loot Map (with adjusted drop rates to reflect).
  • New updated Jotunn instance map with darker colours.
  • Updated the thor_v05 map to fix mobs spawning in unreachable areas.
  • Fixed an issue where the Judex-like skill used by Light-Refracting Golem was undodgeable.
  • Removed Reflect Shield from Blue Flamed Obsidian.
  • Reduced the INT on Light-Refracting Golem (adjusted skill damage in turn).
  • Marsh of the Abyss no longer removes ASPD potions.
  • Crystalize status is now removed by Status Recovery.
  • Garden of Time added to the Warper NPC under Special Areas.
  • Icicle Spear now properly gives -15% HP instead of +15% HP.
  • Glacial Armor now properly gives the INT bonus to Soul Linkers.
  • Updated Costume Blizzard description to show it is awarded to those who defeat Jotunn.
  • Added 5 new icon-only statuses for Tarot cards: The Devil, The Sun, Strength, The Magician, and The Hanged Man/Stop.
  • Fixed a bug with The Lovers Tarot card healing the target instead of the caster (it now heals the caster).
  • The Stop status from The Hanged Man Tarot card is now dispellable.
  • War Axe requirement for Axe of Frozen Blood reduced from 3 → 1.
  • Permafrost requirement for Garment of Frozen Rage reduced from 3 → 1.
  • Frostbite Bow recipe modified: removed the Dragon Wing requirement; Luna Bow requirement 1 → 3.
  • Jotunn's solo / party area references removed in favour of Level 4 / Level 5.
  • The Jotunn's Dominion NPC popup now only appears once after completing the quest.
