FAQ
Getting started
Q: I'm new — what should I do first?
A: Welcome! Here's how to get up and running:
- Create a Master Account on our website and verify your email address.
- Log in to your personal Control Panel to manage everything in one place.
- Download the game client from the Control Panel.
- Create one or more in-game accounts — all of them will share your Master Account's Master Storage.
- Launch the client and log in with your in-game account to start playing.
Tip: We strongly recommend joining our Discord community. It's the best place to ask questions and stay connected with the team and community.
Q: What is Master Storage and how does it work?
A: Master Storage is a shared storage tied to your Master Account rather than any single character or in-game account. Any in-game account created under the same Master Account can access it.
This makes it easy to pass items or currency between your own characters, or keep a central reserve of crafting materials across multiple playstyles.
Support
Q: How do I contact a GM or submit a support request?
A: The fastest and most reliable way to reach the staff team is through our Discord server.
- Join the Discord server (link in the website header).
- Go to the
#create-a-ticketchannel. - Use the ticket tool to open a new support request and describe your issue in detail.
- A staff member will respond in your private ticket thread — keep an eye on your Discord notifications.
Q: What should I include in my support ticket?
A: The more context you provide, the faster the team can help you. Try to include:
- Your Master Account username and the affected in-game account name
- A clear description of the problem or question
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
- The approximate date and time the issue occurred
- Steps you've already tried, if applicable
Game client & technical
Q: Why is my antivirus flagging the patcher as a virus?
A: This is a false positive and is very common with game patchers. Because the patcher needs to modify files inside your game installation directory, antivirus programs may classify this behavior as suspicious — even when the file is completely safe.
To resolve it:
- Open your antivirus software's settings.
- Navigate to the exclusions or exception list section.
- Add the full path to your game's installation folder (or just the patcher executable).
- Re-download or restore the patcher if it was quarantined or deleted.
Tip: If you're unsure how to add an exception, search your antivirus software's name plus "add exclusion" — most vendors have step-by-step guides in their own support documentation.
Q: The game won't launch — what should I try?
A: If the client fails to start or crashes immediately, try these steps in order:
- Run the patcher again to ensure all files are up to date and nothing is missing or corrupted.
- Right-click the game launcher and choose Run as administrator.
- Check that your antivirus isn't blocking or quarantining any game files (see the antivirus question above).
- Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
- Try a clean reinstall: uninstall the game, delete the leftover game folder, then re-download from the Control Panel.
If none of these resolve the issue, open a support ticket on Discord and include your error message and a description of what you've already tried.
