The Special Ninja Suit is a craftable garment available through a short quest in Amatsu. Speak to the Shioko Apprentice to learn of its existence, then find her uncle on the Amatsu fields to have one made.
Starting the Quest
Speak to the Shioko Apprentice in Amatsu. She will mention her uncle, a master craftsman living out on the Amatsu fields, who crafts ninja suits far superior to anything sold in town.

Crafting the Suit
Head to the Amatsu field interior and find Kouji Shioko. He will offer to craft the Special Ninja Suit in exchange for the following materials:
