Individual Loot Maps provide loot for everyone in the party at the normal drop rate (the same you'd see in @mi).
On these maps, if your autoloot settings determine that you would not loot the item, then the item is not created (as opposed to dropped where the mob was killed on a normal map). If, however, you cannot receive the item for another reason, the item is dropped at your feet.
