King of Emperium Hill Tournament
Hold the hill. Defend the Emperium. Claim the glory.
The King of Emperium Hill Tournament (KoE) is a fast, chaotic, and highly competitive guild-based PvP event where guilds fight for control of a single Emperium in the center of the arena. When the event ends, the guild holding the hill is crowned the winner. Only one guild can leave as king.
Unlike traditional War of Emperium, KoE is focused on a single objective in a compact battlefield, creating fast-paced fights, constant pressure, and frequent guild clashes.
Overview
During the event, all participating guilds enter the KoE arena and battle over the central Emperium. Each time the Emperium is destroyed, the guild that landed the final blow becomes the new reigning king.
The current ruling guild is announced to the server, their emblem is displayed on the map flags, and they must defend their claim until another guild takes the hill.
When the event ends, the guild that last held the Emperium is declared the winner.
Requirements
To participate in the King of Emperium Hill Tournament, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be in a guild
- Be at least Base Level 90
Players who do not meet these requirements will not be allowed to enter.
Schedule
The event currently runs at the following times:
- Tuesday: 11:00 to 11:45
- Thursday: 20:00 to 20:45
Note: Event times follow server time unless otherwise stated.
How It Works
- The event begins and PvP is enabled on the KoE map.
- A single Emperium spawns in the center of the arena.
- Guilds enter from one of four random entry points.
- When a guild destroys the Emperium, they become the current King of Emperium Hill.
- The Emperium respawns shortly after being destroyed.
- The cycle repeats until the event timer ends.
- The guild holding the hill at the end of the event wins.
Rewards
Members of the winning guild can speak to the exit NPC after the event to receive a reward.
Current reward:
Reward structure may be expanded in the future.
Arena Rules
The KoE arena uses the following map rules:
- No Branches
- No Memo
- No EXP Penalty
- No Return Skills
- No Teleport
- No Warp
- No Warp To
- Guild vs Guild enabled
- Party support disabled
- Guild-locked participation
- Ice Wall disabled
- Saving is disabled on the event map
These rules are intended to keep the match focused on direct guild conflict and control of the objective.
Entering the Event
Speak to The King in Prontera to join while the event is active.
The NPC will:
- Check that you are in a guild
- Check that you are level 90 or higher
- Warp you into the KoE arena if the event is currently running
Players are warped to one of four random spawn points around the map.
Winning the Event
The winner is the guild that controls the Emperium when the event ends.
When a guild takes control:
- A server-wide announcement is made
- The guild becomes the current king
- Their guild emblem is shown on the KoE flags
- The map updates to recognize the reigning guild
At the end of the event, that final ruling guild is considered the champion.
Tips
- Bring a full guild party with a balanced composition
- Assign defenders to protect the Emperium after each break
- Keep mobility and support near the center of the map
- Expect constant third-party pressure from other guilds
- Timing the final break is just as important as holding early control
NPC Locations
- Entrance NPC: Prontera, 160, 193
- Exit NPC: guild_vs1, 49, 56
Notes
- The Emperium respawns shortly after being broken
- Guild ownership updates immediately after each successful break
- The winning reward is only available to members of the final winning guild
- Flags on the map display the current ruling guild’s emblem
