Monster Changes

All MVPs and Mini-Bosses have had their spawn variance removed and now spawn at their minimum interval.

For example, if a monster normally spawns between 60–80 minutes, it will now spawn every 60 minutes.

Skill Changes

Mob Change
Mi Gao / Increase Soil Metamorphosis skill removed to prevent Old Coin farming exploits.
Peco Peco Egg Metamorphosis skill removed.
All Mobs Fatigue mechanic removed.
