How It Works

Pity System

The costume box system uses a master account-wide pity counter shared across all characters on your master account.

• Rare pity: Guaranteed Rare (or better) by the 10th consecutive non-Rare pull. Resets on any Rare result (A Legendary pull will not reset the Rare pity counter).
• Legendary pity: Guaranteed Legendary by the 30th consecutive non-Legendary pull. Resets on any Legendary result.
• Legendary pity takes priority over Rare pity when both would trigger on the same pull.

You can check your current pity counters at any time by typing @pity in-game.

Legendary Selection Boxes

Some Legendary prizes are not a single costume - they are a Selection Box that opens a menu letting you choose your preferred colour variant before the item is delivered. Once you choose, the decision is final.
