Costume Boxes

Randomized cosmetic boxes with Standard, Rare, and Legendary tiers. See below for full details on prizes and the pity system.

Job Suits

Cosmetic full-body suits styled after each job class. Available variants cover classic, third job, fourth job, jRO third job, baby, and baby third job appearances. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect stats or skills. Visit the Job Suits page for screenshots of what they look like.

Name Change Coupon

Allows you to change your character's name once per coupon. The new name must meet standard naming rules.

Gender Change Coupon

Allows you to change your character's gender once per coupon. This cannot be used by Bard or Dancer classes.

Always Available Costumes

A wide selection of upper, middle, and lower slot costumes available for direct purchase at any time - no box or chance involved. These range from classic headgears to hairstyles, glasses, masks, scarves, and more.

Revenant Costume Boxes

Revenant Costume Boxes provide a random cosmetic costume across three rarity tiers. Each box contains a unique pool of 33 possible prizes split across Standard, Rare, and Legendary tiers.

How It Works

Pity System

The costume box system uses a master account-wide pity counter shared across all characters on your master account.

• Rare pity: Guaranteed Rare (or better) by the 10th consecutive non-Rare pull. Resets on any Rare result (A Legendary pull will not reset the Rare pity counter).
• Legendary pity: Guaranteed Legendary by the 30th consecutive non-Legendary pull. Resets on any Legendary result.
• Legendary pity takes priority over Rare pity when both would trigger on the same pull.

You can check your current pity counters at any time by typing @pity in-game.

Legendary Selection Boxes

Some Legendary prizes are not a single costume - they are a Selection Box that opens a menu letting you choose your preferred colour variant before the item is delivered. Once you choose, the decision is final.
